Celebrate The Occasion & BBTB2

Bitten By The Bug 2:  Seems I've stumbled upon another challenge, thanks to A Busy Bee! The challenge is to use a Gnome! 

Celebrate The Occasion Challenge #18 The theme this week is Birthday and must have a Party Hat.  Funny, but Gnomes hats seem to all look alike, and this Gnome swore to me that he is wearing his party hat today! (And by the way, he is also connected to a wobbles :-)
